Students learn new skills designing electric bikes

Students begin by building a speed controller, and programming it.

At Nelson College in New Zealand, 5 teams met for the  eVelocity boot camp, and were given a kit of parts to build from.  Later this year, there will be a competition where the student designed and built bikes will be tested in categories of performance, innovation, and show.
