Pedego Unveils New Trail Tracker IV Fat Tire Electric Bike

Pedego® Electric Bikes has announced the launch of its new Trail Tracker IV, a fat-tire bike with technological advances that rocket the bike over sand, gravel or snow.  The new Trail Tracker keeps the bike’s famous 4-inch fat tires but also features new frame geometry with an integrated down-tube 48-volt, 11 amp hour battery.  The new Trail Tracker offers a more controlled ride with sporty handling and a relaxed, forward riding position.  Along with an LCD display and USB charging port, the Trail Tracker now includes Pedego’s exclusive PedalSense Technology™, an advanced form of Pedal Assist.  With PedalSense, the bike responds directly to the rider’s pedaling, depending on the level chosen by the rider, making digital control of the bike more responsive.  The Trail Tracker’s motor provides 500 watts of acceleration and hill climbing strength, Shimano seven speeds and twist-and-go throttle as well as SRAM disc brakes. The Trail Tracker has a front light for extra safety, and the battery can be charged easily on or off the bike.

Priced at $3,295, the Trail Tracker IV is available at Pedego stores now. Available in a matte black frame with black, red, lime green or blue rims.
