Norway now wants to turn oil profits into bicycle highways

Norway is planning to spend millions on safer bike infrastructure. 

Norway has met it’s goals for stimulating electric car use, and now plans to spend some oil profits on making it safer to substitute bikes and electric bikes for fossil fuel cars.  Ironic, the cash to go green comes from selling oil.
