Electric bicycles: Friend or enemy of the bike movement?

That was the main question we asked League members and others on social media this year when we created a survey for Bike League members and the general public exploring what they thought about electric bicycles.

Thanks to the participant for their cordial cooperation. We received more than 700 responses. We learned a lot from their responses. We got an opportunity to know about how people currently perceive electric bicycles and how these new types of bicycles might fit into our work. In the report, “Electric Bicycles: Public Perceptions & Policy,” we examine your responses and surely these responses would be very helpful to create a bicycle-friendly America for everyone.
